Duties: The El Paso Dispute Resolution Center Council duties are: To provide input, review, and approval of DRC administrative and operational policies and procedures. To provide input on new program initiatives of the DRC in an effort to further its purpose. To conduct an assessment of DRC programs on an annual basis.
Composition: Council membership shall be comprised of nine (9) members as follows:
- An El Paso County District Judge or County Court at Law Judge
- An El Paso County Family Court Judge or Associate Judge
- The El Paso County Judge or an El Paso County Commissioner
- An El Paso County Dispute Resolution Center Pro-Bono Mediator
- An El Paso County Citizen-at-Large Representative
- An El Paso Attorney-Mediator
- An El Paso County Justice of the Peace Representative
- An El Paso County Domestic Relations Office Representative
- An El Paso County Administrative Office Representative
Seats: 9 Council Members
Term: The term of membership will be every year. Membership will be reviewed by the RGCOG Board of Directors every year to ensure the direction and focus for the region is maintained.
